Hail to the High and Mighty

High-tops are baaaaack and I'm in love. Like serious love. And not only with the traditional Nike or Converse high-tops but with any type of high-top or lace-up boot. In an attempt to avoid wearing my go-to black knee high winter boots again, I wanted a pair of something that could transition from winter to spring with only a few tweaks of the wardrobe. At Francesca's I found the perfect pair. Today I wore my favorite pair of lace-up boots with skinny jeans loosely tucked in (similar pic below). In spring, I envision wearing them with a maxi skirt, summer dress, or my boyfriend jeans.
Today, my cousin picked up some ultra fly, bright pink Nike high-tops that she rocked with skinny jeans and a hoodie. Instant color, comfort, and street cred. Which high-tops will you be rocking in the spring?
