West Coast Shopping Tip

Some friends of mine from FIDM San Diego let me in on a little secret....

They told me to shop at the thrift stores in Palm Dessert and Palm Springs during the month of May! Why, you ask? Because the super wealthy who vacation in these Palm cities ditch their Winter and Spring wardrobe at the local Goodwill before heading back to their beach homes for the summer. My friends described these super wealthy as, "Not the people who drive BMW's - the people who drive Aston Martins." I've never been to Palm Springs but I think May might be the perfect time to visit.....who's up for a road trip?
