Cobalt blue, electric blue, royal blue....what ever you call it, it's fantastic and will be everywhere Fall 2011! So lets start finding those key blue pieces now.
Start with your closet...are there any blue pieces you've questioned in the past or have been thinking about donating? Well don't, store them in a safe place because come this Fall they will be your BFFFFFFF. Better yet, pull them out and see if you can make simple updates to them by adding a lace detail or sewing on some new buttons.
Next, hit up the department store clearance racks. Blue was not the "it" color last Fall so there are bound to be some left over pieces heavily marked down. This is the perfect opportunity to purchase designer pieces you might not otherwise be able to afford!
Lastly, and my favorite, hit up your local thrift stores. Thrift stores are the perfect place to find unique looks that no one else will have. Look for blues in your shoes, handbags, scarves and sweaters! It will be worn and loved everywhere next Fall.
